1. Culminating triangle
OR
2. Wave 1 of a 5th cycle wave bull run.
However best is to concentrate on the completion of the above triangle for the time being. As shown above, we should rise today to complete the minor impulse wave developing and then (maybe by tomorrow or day after) correct into wave 2 of the impulse mentioned taking support at the lower boundary of the triangle shown in red.
